## Alpha Use

1Snip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use this Alpha release for personal or internal business evaluation and normal screenshot-workspace use.

## Restrictions

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or make 1Snip available to others except where applicable law requires otherwise. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the desktop application except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.

## Alpha Status

This is an unfinished Alpha release. Features may change, fail, or be removed. 1Snip does not promise support, availability, compatibility, or continued access to any Alpha feature.

## No Warranty

1Snip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Snip disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Snip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from use of the Alpha release.

## Changes

1Snip may update this Alpha license with future releases. Continued use of a later release is subject to the license included with that release.
